Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gas4Fun platform operated by Gas4Fun Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Gas4Fun, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Gas4Fun is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers seeking cooking gas delivery with independent gas shop vendors and delivery riders. Gas4Fun is a technology platform — we do not sell gas directly, nor do we employ the riders. We facilitate the connection between customers, vendors, and riders.

2. User Accounts

To use Gas4Fun, you must create an account providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

3. For Customers

• Orders placed through Gas4Fun are agreements between you and the vendor shop
• Prices displayed are set by individual vendors and may vary between shops
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and clearly shown before you place an order
• Payment is currently cash on delivery — you pay the rider upon receiving your gas
• You may cancel a pending order. Once accepted by a vendor, cancellation may not be possible
• Ratings and reviews should be honest and fair

4. For Vendors

• Vendors must provide accurate business information and undergo verification
• Vendors set their own product prices and manage their own inventory
• Gas4Fun operates on a credit-based model — vendors purchase credits and one credit is deducted per accepted order
• Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of their products
• Vendors must comply with all applicable Kenyan laws regarding LPG gas handling and sale
• Gas4Fun reserves the right to suspend or deactivate vendor accounts that violate these terms or receive consistently poor ratings

5. For Riders

• Riders are linked to specific vendors and operate under the vendor's direction
• Riders must handle gas cylinders safely and follow all safety protocols
• Riders must keep their location tracking active during deliveries
• Riders must deliver orders promptly and professionally
• Gas4Fun is not the employer of riders — riders work with their respective vendors

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the platform to distribute harmful or offensive content
• Manipulate ratings or reviews
• Resell or redistribute the platform's services without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Gas4Fun name, logo, and platform design are the property of Gas4Fun Limited. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gas4Fun provides a technology platform connecting parties. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by vendors. We are not liable for the actions of riders during delivery. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between customers and vendors should first be attempted to be resolved through Gas4Fun's support channels. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Kenya and resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
